Dragonlord Design Store Policies

1. All future product upgrades and how to get them shall be announced through our group Club Phoenixxx VIP. To join you can either come over to our in-world store (landmarks included above) or use your search function of your browser to search for Club Phenixxx VIP.

 

2. Please make sure you review an item before purchase. We list detail features and function of all our items and include links to our in-world store.

 

3. All items sold are not refundable unless it is defective / not working. Our first reaction shall be to replace the item with the same or similar workable product. Only in the event that the original item is truly defective and not workable at all will we issue a refund.

 

4. For redelivery, please visit our in-world store.

 

5. For any inquiry and issues, please allow up to 48 hours for us to response to you as we may have to conduct our own investigations.

 

6. Dragonlord Design is an affiliate of Club Phoenixxx. Our products may be marketed either as Dragonlord Design or Club Phoenixxx branding. In either case, the price will be the same.
